Your setup stays yours.

Your calculator settings are saved in local browser storage. A shared setup URL contains the values you choose to share. Anyone with that link can read them; avoid personal information in custom names.

Optional usage events record predefined chassis, transmission and page identifiers as daily counts. We do not store custom build names, full setup links, email addresses or IP addresses in those counts. Session storage prevents repeating identical events within a tab and day. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Cloudflare separately processes network requests to operate and secure the site and provides aggregate traffic analytics.

Community posts contain a public display name and text. Posts and replies are held for review and become public only after approval. Avoid posting private contact details, VINs or license keys. Rejected and pending posts without replies are removed after 90 days. Approved discussions stay available until removed by moderation. To request removal, email privacy@topofsecond.com with the page and post number.

Data contributions can include uploaded evidence and source information. Administrative login uses a secure session cookie. Security rate limits use the connecting IP transiently; legacy submission IP fields are cleared after 30 days. Cloudflare handles infrastructure logs under its own services.

Current Tire Rack links are ordinary product links. If affiliate tracking is enabled later, we will label those links and update this notice. Following an external shop link is subject to that site’s privacy practices.
